Chapter 20 of the Gate - Thus the JSDF Fought There! manga is titled, "Sightseeing in Tokyo".

Plot

Prime minister Honi gets a call in the middle of the night saying that they had lost track of the people from the Special Area. This is the start of 7 pages of politics.

Rory Mercury does her morning prayers. As the others awake Yōji Itami has cooked breakfast he suggests they play today. Risa suggests shopping Lelei La Lalena, Tuka Luna Marceau, and Shino Kuribayashi are enthusiastic but Rory is less so until Risa mentions the Goth Lory shops.

Akira Tomita tells the group that Piña Co Lada and Bozes Co Palesti want to go to the library.

Yōji Itami in forms the group he is going to either Akihabara, or Nakano. They agree to meet in front of Studio Alta at the Shinjuku train station, and then on to Hakone and the Hot Springs.

The shoping starts on pages 16-19, at the Libary page 20.

Back arouna Italica with the rest of third team. they have several maids including Persia who distracts Takeo Kurata annoying Sōichirō Kuwahara. who comments from his bad stearing while flirting, pages 21-22.

Itami meets with Tarō Kanō. Itami delivers a Manga Catalog he bought for him, they discuss their past association, and finally Tarō to return to the plan by going to the hot spring pages 23-25.

Itami and the four shopping girls meet on page 26 and discuss their purchases on page 27. Page 28 Akira Tomita notes the Girls did not want books at the libary, the end pannel they head off for Hakone and the Hot Springs.
