Hida (飛騨) is is the member of the embassy protection squad during the Siege of Jade Palace. He is a strong-willed and caring man as he disgusts about the fact that all JSDF protection squad have to sitting duck in the Jade Palace without providing fire support for the Rose Order of Knight while they have to watch most the Rose members to die for them.

After the third siege, he eventually has enough and intend to use his P90 sub-machine gun to shoot at the Oprichnina and the Imperial troops, the next time they come. However, he is stopped by another member of his squad from doing that as they don't have enough firepower and ammunition to fight the vast number of the Imperial troops in the capital or break through the Jade Palace.

Etymology

• The surname Hida means "to fly" (飛) (hi) and "dappled grey horse" (騨) (da).
