Ral (La or Ra) is the Goddess of Learning introduced in Chapter 53 of the Manga. Note name Ra was introduced in Anime 18 as one of the founders of Rondel with her twin Elange.

Plot
Ra and Elange are introduced in Anime 18 or Manga 53 as the founders of the city of Rondel. It is noted this was 300 years ago (3,000 in the light novel) while they were still in human form and had school there.

- The La of Lelei La Lelena's name is her Goddess La or Ral
- She and her sibling are referred to as Gods, we don't know if Elrange is her sister or brother, both are possible with twins, although a sister is more likely.
